海弗格尔（Frances Ridley Havergal，1836年12月14日 – 1879年6月3日）是一位英国圣诗作者。
她出生在伍斯特郡爱司特垒（Astley）一个圣公会家庭，父亲威廉·亨利·海弗格尔（1793-1870）是当地的教区长，也是作家、作曲家和圣诗作者。
Like A River Glorious
Like a river glorious is God’s perfect peace,
Over all victorious in its bright increase;
Perfect yet it floweth Fuller ev’ry day;
Perfect , yet it groweth Deeper all the way.
Stayed upon Jehovah, Hearts are fully blest,
Finding, as He promised, Perfect peace and rest.

Never fow can follow, Bever traitor stand.
Not a surge of worry, Not shade of care,
Not a blast of hurry Touch the spirit there.
Ev’ry joy or trial Falleth from above,

主的完全平安，像荣美江河，日日向前涌流，得胜乐无休，

藏在恩主手中，安稳又欢欣，仇敌不能临近，恶者不能侵，

不论喜乐忧愁，皆从天上来，我每天的遭遇，主慈爱安排，
要全心信赖主，祂成就万事，若完全信靠祂，必知祂信实。
